Fitness instructor and YouTuber, she is known as the inventor of 21 Day Fix. She holds a certificate as a fitness trainer and is part of the Beachbody trainers community. Since September she launched her YouTube channel using similar name. she often posts on workouts and diets. She previously worked for Brooke Burke's Modern Mom website.
